These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kingsleighleadership.com and the purchase of Kingsleigh Leadership programs and services. By using this website or buying a program or service, you agree to them. Company details are available on our Legal Notice page.

1. Our services

Kingsleigh Leadership offers online leadership programs (the Academy), leadership advisory and executive mentoring, and corporate training and workshops.

2. Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to access it without authorization, or use its content for unlawful purposes. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Online programs

Access to a purchased program is personal and non-transferable, and is granted under the conditions shown at the time of purchase (duration of access, language, included resources). Login details must not be shared.

Certificates of completion are issued by Kingsleigh Leadership when the stated criteria are met. They are professional certificates and not academic degrees.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and at checkout, in the currency indicated, and include any applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed securely by a recognized third-party payment provider. Your order is confirmed by email.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refund conditions for each program or service are stated on its page or in your proposal at the time of purchase. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us at contact@kingsleighleadership.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

6. Consultations and advisory

Consultations are confirmed by email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible using the details in your confirmation. Corporate and advisory engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs (texts, videos, materials, frameworks, logos and brand elements) belongs to Kingsleigh Leadership or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.

8. Credentials

References to the founder’s professional qualifications, including a Harvard Business School Online certificate, describe personal qualifications only. Kingsleigh Leadership is an independent company and is not affiliated with, accredited or endorsed by any university.

9. Liability

Our programs and advisory services provide education and guidance. Decisions taken by participants and organizations remain their own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We will always try to settle any disagreement amicably first. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi. If you are a consumer living outside the UAE, you also keep any protection granted to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase or use.
